One thing that I do most mornings is meditate, and in those daily meditations I visualize sending energy to Obama and his cabinet of leaders. I do this as a way of sharing "my" energy with this leadership. My desire is to provide another source of additional energy to support in this new direction. Sometimes I target my energy being used for specific purposes, such as helping the economy, or health care, or equality, or the War. But most often, I just send my general energy and thoughts as a means of general support to help with the redirecting and fine tuning of these changes. Sharing my own personal spiritual and/or life force energy is another way I can lend my assistance to help build this new path.
I believe that Obama is helping us forge a new path, and it is one we need to take. Sending him my energy can't hurt, and in my mind, continues to help.
