2nd Chakra Color Meditation

This year I am focusing on spending time each week to send out energy to our society and the world to help provide positive energy to help improve the world. This week my focus and thoughts are on the second chakra. The output I desire is more truth and the awareness of when people are being told the truth vs when they are being deceived and having things hidden or covered up. Exposure and truth so we become aware informed as well as so we know who has integrity and we can trust.

There are many different methods to create energy for the 2nd chakra. Today my focus was to use color in my meditation. Today I am using just one of the tools available. My goal in this meditation was to focus my thoughts on the second chakra energy as well as truth. My desire was to not only create this energy, but also to send it out as a gift to the world.

I began by lighting a candle and placing it in an orange glass cover. I did this to display an orange hew in the room. I sat down, closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths, and then began a basic meditation.

I easily and quickly expanded out of my body. I then focused my thoughts on my second chakra. I could see the chakra as being bright orange, and it was a clear bright color; not opaque. I could see and feel the energy being created and expand in that chakra. I then thought of the truth I wanted in the world; truth in the news, truth in government and law enforcement, truth in food production, water and air quality, truth about the war efforts, truth in religion, truth about why gays are being denied equal rights, truth about the health care initiative and deals being created, truth in business, truth in family relationships, truth in education and what we are taught.

I went through a series of thoughts regarding what I felt we needed more exposed truth in society. At the end of this stream of consciousness, I changed my thoughts and focused on the spiritual energy creation and shifted my thoughts to sending out this energy to the world.

I saw a network that reminded me of the arteries and veins in the body, and I saw that energy being carried by this network and distributed to each continent, first in the USA, then to Canada and Mexico, then South America, then to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, then China. The energy then finished throughout Asia and Oceania until the globe had been touched throughout with this spiritual energy.

I felt and saw the earth now glow. I returned and came out of my meditation.

I sat for a few minutes until I felt I back to normal. That concluded my 2nd chakra spiritual energy color meditation.
