Positions 1-1-3 to Reduce Fear, Increase Safety & Security

Your focused thoughts you use when you participate in every day living activities can help create more spiritual energy than doing the activity without that focused attention. As you create more spiritual energy, after your personal spiritual well is filled, you may be able to share some of your extra spiritual energy to help improve the world you live in.

This week the focus is on creating spiritual energy that may be used to help people feel safer, secure, and decrease fear. The spiritual energy creation tool used for this will be sex.

When I was contemplating and meditating about this topic, my impression was to use sexual positions associated with the first chakra followed by sexual positions associated with the third chakra.

Combining the energy creation activities and practices fusing several different chakras allows a more expanded palate and energy pattern that is more intone with the goal of decreasing fear and increasing security so people feel safe.

There are several different options available to help create this energy. Here is one scenario.

PROCESS
You and your partner begin by preparing your thoughts to couple with the energy that soon will be created when you engaged in sex. Your discussion may be about how you desire a more secure world and an environment where you or others feel safe. Identify a problem area or a type of problem you desire to change and create more safety and peace with that problem area. For example, you may discuss how you desire to end the war in Afghanistan, or how you desire the thugs to be curtailed in Haiti, or tribes in Africa to stop killing their fellow tribesman, or your neighborhood to end the violence from gangs, or the domestic violence in your home to come to a close.

If you don't feel comfortable with having that kind of discussion with your partner, then just direct your thoughts towards how you want to create energy to decrease fear.

You then begin your transition to thoughts about sex, usually engaging in some type of foreplay. This also helps create more sexual and spiritual energy. (See Quesak.com for information on the relationship between love, sex, and spiritual energy).

The sex begins with the female position number one, which is oral sex on the female. This sexual act is where the male uses his tongue to excite the female clitoris. Because a female can have multiple orgasms, the female can either climax or not during this position.

Next, process for the male position number one is engaged. In this position, the male’s penis is stimulated by the female as she engages in using her tongue on the male genitalia (penis and scrotum). If the male is getting ready to climax, the female can tightly squeeze the head of the penis for a few seconds with her thumb and pointer finger. This will allow the penis to stay erect but will postpone the urge for climax. This will allow transitioning to position number three.

Sexual position number three is where the male and female are laying down and facing the same direction. The female is in front of the male. The male enters the female vagina from behind and then reaches around and stimulates the female clitoris with his finger (or a vibrator). Both the male and the female will climax.

During the sex act you should focus your thoughts on sex and not on the type of energy you desire to create. You should allow yourself to be swept away with sex and enjoy that feeling of closeness.

It is not a problem if one or neither of you climax. The more important aspect is the feeling of closeness and that connection you share.

If you don’t want to complete all three sexual positions in one cycle, you can break it up and just have the female oral sex on one day, for example, the male oral sex on another day, then the third position (digital from behind) on another day.

If you are not comfortable with oral sex, then don’t engage in it. You don’t need to do something you don’t feel comfortable with. What is important are the feelings you create and share.
