The tools I will be using are tools that are associated with the second and the third chakra. Based on the Chakra Guide, those energies are most easily influenced with sex and with sound/music. This tells me that if I want to create spiritual energy to help find creative solutions for health care and also to help control the negative energies surrounding this debate, I can focus my attention and the creation of spiritual energy using the second and third chakra.
I can choose any of the sexual positions that influence any of the chakras and any of the different musical notes. 
But my preference for this need at this time is to use the second sexual position and music that resonates with my third chakra. I could use the note of E in a meditation, but this time I am choosing to select music that speaks to my emotions. In addition to using sex and music, I will also add a Command Projection meditation to assist in the sharing and distribution of this newly created energy.
My goal is to find creative solutions to the health care crisis in the USA and to help improve the emotion around this debate so alternatives will be created and we become empowered to solve this matter.
