Healing the Earth

I have recently been including healing the earth as part of my daily meditations.

I have been taking classes on using and directing energy in the healing process of people, and one of the lectures hit me like a bolt of lightening.  The professor talked about how the acupuncture points in the human body are replicated over and over again in different locations in the body.  For example, all the points can be accessed on the face, the ear, the hand, etc.  Even though these places all look different, they each have all the acupuncture points to the major organs of the body.  It was then I realized the earth uses a similar model of access to its conduits and channels.  It is possible to access those conduits and channels in the earth to help heal the earth just as we do in the human body.  The earth, which fragmented from the Tao when we also fragmented, is also a living organism and as such, has a model of conduits, channels, and points that can be used to help in the healing process.

Since that lecture I have been focusing on being able to connect with the points in the earth that can be used for healing.  I have created an energy center within my home and have been using this as a means to connect with an access point in the earth.  Through this conduit, I have been focusing and directing healing energy in the earth.

In this focused meditation process, I visualize grounding deep within the earth and then expanding to the heavens,  When I feel that connection, I then focus my thoughts on gathering and directing white light energy through me to the root deep within the earth.

Recently during one of these focused energy meditations, I could feel a change.  I no longer felt the normal meditation feelings of being an energy conduit.  It felt as if I expanded out and became a receptor of other peoples directed healing energies.  It was as if I had become a “receiver” to collect and redirect those additional energies.  I could feel the earth healing process becoming magnified.

My plans are to continue with this process, but on the summer solstice, I will journey to one of the earth energy centers I am familiar with, a place where I know the connection between the astral and the physical is intense.  There, I will do another healing meditation for the earth.  I anticipate that doing a healing meditation at an earth energy center, and also one that is a “heart” location, may have a more intensified affect on the healing process.

In the meantime, I will continue to use some of my meditations to be directed to helping the earth heal.

Focusing Our Thoughts and Energy to Improve Health Care

We have the ability to focus our attention and energy and direct it outward to help change and improve our life, other people’s lives, as well as the environment we live in.

There are many areas that need attention.  For the past several months my meditation focus has been on safety and security.  I thought my next focus should be on the economy or the health of the planet, but in a recent dream, it lead me to the conclusion I needed to focus on health care.

In this dream I was in a hospital; the intensive care.  I had been assigned a patient that was crouched in a chair, hidden behind all sorts of medical paraphernalia to the point the patient was completed hidden with tubes, wires, and equipment.  The clinicians in the room didn’t care about this patient seemed to secretly hope the problem and the patient would magically disappear.  It was obvious the patient was being masked and completely lost.

When I woke from the dream, I knew the next area of my focused meditations needed to be towards getting the health back in health care.  So for the next while, this is where my focused meditations will be;

  • access to health care
  • affordable health care
  • redirecting the focus on health care back "Is it good for the patient?"
  • treatment modalities that work rather than what is the latest or the most expensive
  • expanding health care to include alternative care options such as acupuncture, qigong, nutrition, movement
  • redirecting attention to prevention of health care problems rather than only treatment
  • limiting the influence and power of lobbying and lobbyists with agendas that are not in the best interest of the majority
  • getting chemicals out of our food and water and eating more locally and seasonal foods
  • bringing back compassion, empathy, and caring to health care rather than the priority and tunnel vision of profit
  • helping people learn to take more responsibility to manage and maintain their personal health
  • recognizing the body mind and spirit are all an integral part of the overall balance of a persons health

Those are the ideas I am going to start using as I begin my new chapter of focused meditations and directed energy to improve health care in the USA.
